Do I have to buy the whole mpsSELECT program? +
No. The services are modular building blocks. Start with just what you need (many clients begin with automated supplies and service monitoring) and add more over time. Or choose the all-inclusive Cost-Per-Image program.
Do you offer same-day repair? +
Yes. Same-day printer and copier repair is available across Miami and South Florida when scheduling allows. Call early and we'll do our best to get a technician out that day.
Do you work outside South Florida? +
Yes. Same-day on-site repair is our South Florida service, but our mpsSELECT® managed print program (automated supplies, fleet monitoring, service dispatch through our network, and national installation) runs across the USA, including Dallas and New York. Wherever your offices are, we can manage the print.
Is there a contract for the Gold Plan? +
No contract. The Gold Plan covers all parts and labor on any part of your printer that fails to operate properly.
